- Local, National, and International Moves: We handle relocations of all sizes, from within the same city to across the country, and even internationally. Let us take care of the logistics and paperwork for a seamless international move.
- Packing and Unpacking Services: Our experienced team can professionally pack and unpack your belongings, ensuring their safety during transport.
- Goods Transportation: We handle the safe and efficient transportation of your goods, whether for a local move or a long-distance relocation.
- Car Carrier Services: Need to transport your car along with your belongings? We offer car carrier services to ensure your vehicle arrives safely at your new destination.
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Services: Freshen up your new space or prepare your old one for the next occupant with our optional move-in/move-out cleaning services.
- Self-Service Moves: For customers seeking a more budget-friendly option, Ishfaq Movers offers self-service moves. With this option, you are responsible for loading and unloading the truck we provide. However, to ensure a safe and successful move, certain conditions apply:
- Truck Availability: Self-service trucks are subject to availability and may require booking in advance.
- Packing and Loading Assistance: While loading and unloading are your responsibility, Ishfaq Movers can provide packing materials and guidance for safe loading practices (additional charges may apply).
- Insurance: Ishfaq Movers strongly recommends obtaining moving insurance for self-service moves, as we are not liable for any damage to your belongings during loading, transport, or unloading.
Please note: Ishfaq Movers reserves the right to refuse self-service moves if the customer’s belongings are deemed too heavy, bulky, or fragile for safe self-loading.
Estimates and Quotes
Ishfaq Movers provides free, no-obligation estimates to help you plan your move effectively.
Our estimates consider several factors to determine the total cost, including:
- Distance: The distance between your origin and destination significantly impacts the overall cost.
- Weight of Belongings: The total weight of your belongings directly affects the transportation cost.
- Services Requested: Additional services like packing and unpacking, car carrier services, or cleaning will be factored into the final quote.
- Self-Service Move (if applicable): Self-service moves have a separate pricing structure, typically based on truck size and rental duration.
We offer two types of estimates:
- Non-Binding Estimates: These estimates are based on our experience and the information you provide. The final cost may vary slightly depending on the actual weight of your belongings, specific service requirements, and any unforeseen circumstances.
- Binding Estimates: In some cases, we may offer binding estimates, which guarantee the final cost will not exceed the quoted amount. Once we receive your request, a representative will contact you to discuss your move in detail.
This discussion may include an in-home consultation (for binding estimates) to accurately assess the volume and weight of your belongings.
Following the discussion, you will receive a tailored quote outlining the specific services included, the estimated cost breakdown, and any applicable fees.
Upon reviewing and accepting the quote, you will be required to sign a formal agreement outlining the specific services, costs involved, and any additional terms relevant to your chosen moving option (full-service, self-service, etc.).
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and successful move, Ishfaq Movers requires collaboration from our valued customers.
Here’s an outline of your responsibilities:
Preparing Items for Transport:
- Properly pack your belongings in sturdy boxes and containers suitable for transport. Fragile items require special packing materials and should be clearly labeled.
- Dispose of any hazardous or flammable materials according to regulations. Ishfaq Movers cannot transport these items.
- Disconnect and drain appliances before the move.
Obtaining Necessary Permits (Parking):
- It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits for parking the moving truck at both your origin and destination, especially in restricted areas.
- Advise Ishfaq Movers in advance of any potential parking limitations at your locations.
Providing Accurate Inventory Lists:
- Create a detailed inventory list of all your belongings being moved. Include a brief description, estimated value, and any special handling instructions for fragile items. This list will be used for reference during loading, transport, and unloading.
- The accuracy of your inventory list is crucial. Ishfaq Movers may adjust the quote based on the actual weight and volume of your belongings upon verification.
Insurance Considerations:
Ishfaq Movers offers basic liability coverage for your belongings during transport.
However, we strongly encourage you to explore obtaining additional moving insurance for comprehensive protection.
This insurance can cover loss or damage to your belongings in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Our representatives can provide guidance on available insurance options to help you make an informed decision.
Payment Terms
Ishfaq Movers accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Online Bank Transfer
- Easy Pasia / Jazz Cash
Deposit Requirements:
A deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost may be required to secure your moving date.
The specific deposit amount and due date will be clearly outlined in the quote you receive.
Payment Deadlines:
The remaining balance is typically due on the moving day before loading begins.
Specific payment deadlines will be included in the formal agreement you sign upon accepting the quote.
Late Payment Fees:
A late payment fee of 10% per day may be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date.
Ishfaq Movers reserves the right to withhold services or delay delivery until full payment is received.
Liability and Insurance
Ishfaq Movers understands the importance of your belongings and strives to ensure their safe transport.
However, it’s important to understand our liability and the importance of moving insurance:
Ishfaq Movers’ Liability:
We offer basic liability coverage for your belongings during transport.
This means we are liable for any loss or damage caused by our negligence.
Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item will be capped at PKR 25,000.
In the case of damaged items, we may, at our discretion, choose to repair them at an average repair cost instead of replacing them with new items.
Importance of Customer Insurance:
Given the capped liability amount and potential repair approach, basic coverage may not fully compensate you for the replacement value of your belongings in case of unforeseen events like accidents or natural disasters.
We strongly recommend obtaining additional moving insurance to ensure comprehensive protection.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your move, please notify Ishfaq Movers as soon as possible.
The following cancellation fees may apply:
- Cancellation with more than 07 days’ notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellation within 07 days of the move: A cancellation fee of 5% of the estimated cost may be charged.
Ishfaq Movers Cancellation:
In rare circumstances, Ishfaq Movers may be forced to cancel your move due to unforeseen events beyond our control.
In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your move or provide a full refund of any deposits paid.
Dispute Resolution
Ishfaq Movers is committed to resolving any disputes with our customers amicably.
We encourage open communication and will work diligently to find a fair solution.
Here’s the process we recommend:
- Direct Communication: If you have any concerns, please contact your Ishfaq Movers representative directly. We will try to address your concerns promptly.
- Mediation: If a direct resolution cannot be reached, we encourage mediation as a neutral and cost-effective way to resolve disputes. Ishfaq Movers is willing to participate in mediation facilitated by a mutually agreeable third-party mediator.
- Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, both Ishfaq Movers and the customer agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof. The arbitration shall be conducted in Karachi, Pakistan, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Legal Action: As a last resort, legal action may be pursued. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Ishfaq Movers and the customer regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Amendments
Ishfaq Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website.
Your continued use of our services following the posting of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 7, 2024.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God (natural disasters), war, terrorism, labor strikes, or government regulations.
Warranties: Any moving equipment used is provided “as is” and Ishfaq Movers disclaims any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Subcontracting: Ishfaq Movers reserves the right to subcontract any aspect of the moving services to qualified third-party providers.
